Doug Gilstrap

Doug Gilstrap has been an Advisor to EQT since 2014.

Doug was Chief Strategy Officer for Ericsson, a global role that included chairing the company’s M&A Investment Committee and completing numerous software deals. Prior to that, he was Head of Strategy for Cable and Wireless, CEO of Radianz, and CFO and COO of Equant Networks. Radianz and Equant are now divisions of BT and Orange, respectively. Doug has a global operational, finance, sales, strategy and transactional background. He started his career as a CPA and M&A consultant before moving to technology and telecommunications.

Doug received his B.S. from the University of Richmond and his M.B.A from Emory University. He was a qualified CPA.
