Gautam Nadella

Experience

Gautam Nadella joined EQT Partners/EQT AB in 2021 and is a Operating Partner in the Digital team based in San Francisco. Currently he is leading activities for EQT’s early stage portfolio around M&A, fundraising, and growth strategy.

Previously he led Corporate Development at Next Insurance and before that headed Corporate and Business Development as well as Channels at BlueCat, where he was responsible for leading the company’s partner, growth strategy and acquisition efforts. He was prior to that a senior leader for eBay’s and Cisco’s Corporate & Business Development team driving M&A, investments and strategy across multiple technology enablement platforms ranging from networking to e-commerce. Finally, he began his career as part of McKinsey’s Technology and Biotech practice.

Gautam graduated from Stanford University with a BS in Math & Computational Science and a MS in Management Science & Engineering, and also received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
