Experience

Eva Tay joined EQT Partners’ Client Relations and Capital Raising team in Jan 2022, bringing with her more than 18 years of global real estate experience.

Prior to joining EQT Partners, Eva was the Head of Capital Markets (Asia) for Round Hill Capital, where she was responsible for business development and capital raising for the firm’s real estate platforms. Before her time at Round Hill Capital, she was based in Singapore and China with other real estate firms including Keppel Land, focusing on business development and marketing.

Eva holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
