Experience

Elias Lindqvist joined EQT in june 2018 and is Head of Performance Business Development. In previous roles at EQT Elias was Head of Business Development for Private Capital, and before that Head of Business Development for the EQT Digital, Tech and Motherbrain teams.

Prior to joining EQT Elias worked as a Strategy Consultant and Team Manager at Itch Business Design Studio, Acando and Connecta in Stockholm Sweden. Elias' focus was Strategy and Business Transformation, establishing CDO-functions and Innovation Centers at large enterprises catalyzing the overall Digital Transformation and Value Creation. Elias also has a background in Leadership and Group efficiency coaching. 

Elias holds a Master of Science in Chemical and Industrial Engineering from Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, with additional master’s studies at Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble, France.
