EQT Expansion Capital I provided mezzanine financing for the aquistion of Kühnle, Kopp & Kausch AG ("KKK").

Kühnle, Kopp & Kausch ("KKK") manufactures and distributes turbines, blowers, compressors, and fans for a wide variety of industrial applications, including power stations, waste incineration plants, energy production (particularly renewable energy), as well as in chemical/petrochemical and steel plants. Fans are used especially for ventilation or smoke extraction.
