We strategically invest in well-located garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise apartment communities in high-growth markets with resilient long-term apartment fundamentals. Utilizing a blended core-plus and value-add investment strategy, the team balances stable, income-generating properties with high-growth opportunities. Our focus is on constructing a diverse portfolio in terms of geography, asset type and demographic target, through acquisitions, redevelopment projects, and select ground-up developments.

We are developing a portfolio of next-generation, best-in-class self storage facilities across major European cities. With our proprietary tech-driven operational platform, STOREX, we provide a seamless, end-to-end digital solution, creating efficient, future-ready facilities that deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize operational performance.

Sustainability is a core pillar of our Living strategy. Our self-storage portfolio is carbon net-negative, and we have delivered Europe’s first LEED Platinum student housing projects while continuously investing in energy-efficient, value-add residential solutions.
