Pavlina Chandras

Pavlina Chandras is Head of Operations for EQT Real Estate's Europe Living platform, where she is responsible for enhancing asset performance, delivering exceptional resident experiences, and driving investment results. She brings over two decades of real estate experience specialising in property and asset management across residential and retail assets, and serves as a member of the European Living Investment Committee. Based in Madrid, Pavlina's work spans multiple European markets, with a focus on building the operational infrastructure and processes that underpin EQT Real Estate's growing living platform. Prior to joining EQT in 2024, Pavlina served as Chief Operating Officer at Livensa Living, the largest owner-operator of PBSA and flex living in Spain and Portugal, where she built the platform's operational infrastructure from the ground up. She previously spent 13 years at Sonae Sierra in senior leadership roles in Greece and Turkey, spanning commercial and mixed-use real estate, and also held roles at Urbania in Spain. Pavlina holds an LL.B. from the London School of Economics, a Maîtrise en Droit from Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg, and an LL.M. from King's College London.
