Tammy Kelly
Ms. Kelly (CCIM, CPM) oversees the Asset and Portfolio Management functions for EQT Real Estate's U.S. Multifamily platform, including direct oversight of property management operations. She brings extensive experience in asset and transaction management and plays a key role in the oversight of investment performance. She has executed over $4 billion in multifamily transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, loan modifications, and refinances, showcasing her expertise in driving strategic real estate investments.
Prior to joining Redwood Capital Group, which was later acquired by EQT Real Estate, Ms. Kelly spent eight years at Blue Vista Capital Management as a Senior Vice President in the Asset Management department. At Blue Vista, Ms. Kelly's responsibilities included oversight of investments in the firm's Middle Market Equity Funds.
Prior to her tenure at Blue Vista, she worked with Equity Investment Group as an Investment Associate where she was responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and evaluating the company's property acquisitions. Ms. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University.
Ms. Kelly serves on various committees within CREW Chicago and the larger CREW Network and served as the 2022 President of CREW Chicago. Ms. Kelly was recognized as a Women of Influence in 2022 by Globe Street and Bisnow's Power Women in Chicago in 2022 and 2014.
