Suzanne Donohoe
Suzanne Donohoe currently serves as the Chairperson of the Board of two of EQT’s evergreen semi-liquid vehicles, EQT Private Equity Company (“EQPE”) and EQT Infrastructure Company (‘EQIC”). Each of these vehicles enable accredited investors in the United States of America to access a broad set of investments sourced by EQT’s investment teams.
Previously, Suzanne served as EQT’s first Chief Commercial Officer and its Global Head of the External Platform, through which role she had oversight of several functional areas of EQT.
Before joining EQT, she was a Partner at KKR & Co. from 2009 to 2022, where she founded and led the Global Client & Partner Group for over a decade, and later served as the Global Head of Strategic Growth. From 2013 to 2020, Suzanne also served as President and a trustee of the Board of KKR Income Opportunities Fund (NYSE: KIO). Prior to KKR, she had an extensive career at Goldman Sachs where Ms. Donohoe spent almost seventeen years in total and served as a Partner for eight of those years.
Ms. Donohoe holds a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She also serves her alma mater, Georgetown University, on its Board of Directors, its Investment Committee and as a Vice Chair of its Wall Street Alliance which raises scholarship money for deserving students to enable educational access to Georgetown.
