Clara Ho

Clara Ho is a Partner at EQT, where she leads the Early Stage Asia platform and serves as Head of Business Development for Private Capital Asia, overseeing product development, strategic partnerships, and cross-regional initiatives. Based in Hong Kong, Clara's work spans across AI/software, consumer, industrial tech, and healthcare — sectors central to EQT's early stage investing strategy in Asia. Clara joined EQT in 2022, following the firm's combination with BPEA, where she had worked since 2012. Prior to BPEA, she spent 16 years at Headland Capital Partners (formerly HSBC Private Equity Asia), including as a Partner leading deal execution. Clara holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
