Paul Navarre

Paul Navarre has been an advisor to EQT since 2020. He is chairman of the Board of Cerba Healthcare (EQT Owned).

From 1991 to 2006 Paul worked in Procter & Gamble where he held multiple positions in Sales, Marketing and General Management initially for their Health and beauty Care division and later on for their pharmaceutical division. In 2007 he moved to Allergan Pharmaceuticals, after leading The Europe, Africa and Middle East operations for several years he became the president of International based in the US. He led the accelerated growth of the Allergan Aesthetic business with Dermal Fillers, Toxin and Breast Implants. Mr. Paul Navarre was the Chief Executive Officer of Ferring Holding Inc., a subsidiary of Ferring Pharmaceuticals (The Ferring Group) from 2017 to 2020.

Since 2020, Paul has returned to France (Paris) and focused on Board Leadership positions.

Paul is also Chairman of HTL Biotech (Leader in Biopolymer including Pharmaceutical Grade Hyaluronic Acid), Vice Chairman (LeoPharma), Vice Chairman of Hallura (Next generation of HA fillers). He is the former Chairman of the Board of Arkopharma (Health Nutrition).

Mr. Navarre has been married for 30 years with 4 children and lives in Paris. Paul was elected as one of the Top 100 Most Inspiring People by PharmaVoice in 2019.
