John Del Santo

Mr.John Del Santo has been an Advisor to EQT since 2023.

John Del Santo has more than 30 years of experience in developing, managing and deploying large-scale technology systems and business processes for some of the world’s leading companies —including banks, insurance, health and investment management companies.

In his distinguished career at Accenture, John has served in several senior leadership roles. Most recently he led Accenture’s business in the US West Region and grew this business annually to more than $4B. In this role, John was responsible for more than 8,000 professionals across the company’s business in more than 10 states.

John established the West Region as the company’s preeminent hub for technology innovation; opening Innovation centers and studios in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle.

John also led the company’s Financial Services business unit in North America, which includes the banking, insurance, and capital markets industries.

John has recently served as an independent consultant advising senior leadership teams in the Digital Services business. He also is an advisor, investor and board member in several early-stage Fintech businesses.

John studied business at Santa Clara University where he graduated with distinction with a degree in Finance.
