Isabella joined EQT Partners in May 2022.

Prior to joining EQT Partners, Isabella worked as a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Munich.

Isabella holds a Doctorate in Entrepreneurial Finance from the Technical University of Munich, a MPhil in Management from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor in European Studies from The Hague University.
