Tom Livelli joins EQT Exeter as Partner to co-head EQT Exeter’s multi-family and living strategies in Europe
EQT Exeter is delighted to announce the appointment of Tom Livelli as Partner. Based in Madrid, Tom will focus on expanding EQT Exeter’s existing European multi-family platform, including through fundraising, leasing, acquisitions, development and portfolio management. He will lead the multi-family effort with Peter Shacalis and co-head living strategies with Henrik Orrbeck.
Tom was previously Senior Managing Director for Greystar, most recently with overall responsibility for the company’s operations and investments across all of South America. Prior to joining Greystar in 2017, he held senior roles at Boston Andes Capital, a boutique real estate private equity firm focused on investing in US projects on behalf of high-net-worth families from Latin America, and at Clark Realty Capital, where he developed a variety of residential and mixed-use communities in California and Central America and was the sole principal of the firm's broker-dealer.
