The number of shares and votes in EQT AB (publ) (“EQT AB”) has changed as a result of the issue of class C shares resolved upon by the board of directors on 13 November 2019 on the basis of an authorization from the annual general meeting on 27 June 2019. The share issue forms part of the EQT Share Program resolved upon by the annual general meeting. EQT AB holds all class C shares. The class C shares will be delivered to qualifying participants in the program and converted into ordinary shares at the end of the holding period in accordance with the terms and conditions of the EQT Share Program. Through the new class C share issue, the number of outstanding shares has increased by 8,663,490, from 952,983,900 to 961,647,390, and the number of votes has increased by 866,349, from 952,983,900 to 953,850,249. The share capital has increased by SEK 866,349, from SEK 95,298,390 to SEK 96,164,739.
