Number of shares and votes in EQT
The number of shares and votes in EQT AB (publ) (“EQT AB”) have changed as a result of the issue of shares carried out in connection with the listing of EQT AB’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm on 24 September 2019.
Through the new share issue, the number of outstanding shares and votes have increased by 86,634,900, from 866,349,000 to 952,983,900. The share capital has increased by SEK 8,663,490, from SEK 86,634,900 to SEK 95,298,390.
