EQT Credit, through its Direct Lending investment strategy, is pleased to announce it has provided a senior secured financing alongside Hayfin Capital Management to support Hg’s refinancing of FE fundinfo (“the Company”).

Backed by Hg since 2017, following the combination of three complementary businesses (FI, F2C and FE Financial Express), FE fundinfo is the number two European fund data and software provider for asset managers and advisors. FE fundinfo facilitates better, more efficient investing by connecting fund managers and fund distributors and enabling them to share and act on trusted information.
