IFS: Recognized as a great place to work
IFS, the global enterprise applications company owned by EQT VII, has once again been recognized as one of the top places to work in its two main hubs: Sweden and Sri Lanka.
IFS remains one of Sweden’s ten best large organizations to work at, according to Great Place to Work’s Cultural Audit. Since first entering the audit in 2010, IFS has achieved a top ten spot every year and this tradition was continued at the annual gala in Stockholm this year. Similarly, for the third year running, the Great Place to Work Audit has selected IFS as one of Sri Lanka’s 25 best companies to work for.
These accolades come a month after IFS was recognized by The Silicon Review as one of the top ‘50 Best Companies to Watch’ in North America.
IFS attributes its continued success in the audits to the company’s inclusive culture that is founded on Scandinavian values, and its ongoing commitment to having a positive work environment.
An inclusive culture
“Our customers around the world continually tell us that our people are a differentiator in the market – not only because of the expertise we have in the vertical industries we serve, but also thanks to our pragmatic approach. We are proud to have established a productive culture that our employees enjoy and are able to thrive within”, explains Alastair Sorbie, CEO of IFS.
“When EQT invested in IFS last year, we were impressed by their inclusive culture and saw it as a clear competitive advantage. These awards serves to further cement this picture and is yet another confirmation of the great job Alastair and his team are doing”, says Per Franzén, Partner at Investment Advisor EQT Partners.
The Great Place to Work rankings are known worldwide as one of the most reputable awards that recognize employer attractiveness.
