In accordance with § 29 of the Securities Act, we hereby announce that Contex Holding A/S has acquired shares in Contex A/S so that Contex Holding A/S - together with the shares Contex Holding A/S has acquired through a conditional purchase agreement with Nilex Sys-tems ApS, Steen Borg Jensen and Daniel Consult ApS - possess shares in the nominal value of DKK 25.083.110 (2.508.311 shares at DKK 10 per share), equivalent to 97.2% of the shares and capital in Contex A/S, less the Company's own shares.

Thus, the condition in the Offer Document of ownership of more than 95% of the votes and capital in Contex A/S has been met. Contex Holding A/S intends to effect redemption of the remaining minority shareholders of Contex A/S.
