Our Core-Plus strategy complements the Value-Add strategy by acquiring and operating high-quality, class-A distribution centers with strong occupancy and long-term lease stability. By targeting single-asset transactions, we achieve diversification across markets, tenants, and warehouse types, offering a balanced approach to risk and return.

Our Value-Add strategy focuses on creating best-in-class portfolios of modern, high-quality warehouses—from big box to mid box and last mile—serving major corporate occupiers. By focusing on single asset aggregation strategy, we generate strong cash flow and value appreciation through re-gearing short-term leases, leasing vacancies and executing select development projects.

Complementing the Value-Add strategy, our Core-Plus strategy focuses on acquiring long-leased, high-quality assets that deliver stable income while unlocking additional value. Through capturing rental growth at lease events and making accretive ESG investments, we ensure these properties remain competitive, resilient and prepared for the future.
