Nicola serves as Chief Sustainability Officer & Board of Management Member of Heidelberg Materials. She is the former Global Head of Sustainability & Environment, Health & Safety at Netherland-based Signify and the former Global Head of Sustainability, Environment, Health & Safety at Philips Lighting.
