Yangyang Nezin

Yangyang Nezin is a Director at EQT, where she oversees financial reporting, accounting, SEC reporting, and internal control over financial reporting for EQT Real Estate’s U.S. non-traded REIT platform. Based in Pennsylvania, she also plays an active role in strategic management decisions relating to the REIT platform, including registered and follow-on offerings, capital structure, and related regulatory and operational matters. Yangyang joined EQT in June 2024. Prior to joining EQT, Yangyang served as Controller at Garrison Investment Group, where she managed fund reporting for private equity funds and co-investments. She previously worked at Benefit Street Partners, supporting NAV reporting and SEC filings for a non-traded REIT, and was a member of Ernst & Young LLP’s real estate audit practice. Yangyang holds a BBA and an MS in Accounting from Baruch College, City University of New York, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
