John Toukatly

John Toukatly is a Partner and Chief Investment Officer at EQT, where he leads all EQT Real Estate logistics funds and investments across Europe. He is responsible for defining and executing the investment strategy for European logistics real estate, reflecting EQT's long-term conviction in the sector. Based in London, John's work spans Europe, and he is closely involved in EQT's continued deployment across European logistics markets. John joined EQT real estate’s predecessor company Exeter Property Group in 2007, initially based in the firm's Philadelphia office. He went on to open EQT's Chicago office in 2011 and the London office in 2014. He is a member of the EQT Real Estate Investment Committee.
