Brian Serpico

Brian Serpico is a Partner at EQT and the Head of Core Funds at EQT Real Estate. Brian has led the firm's U.S. Industrial Core-Plus Fund Series since the inception of its third fund in 2019. In that time, he has closed over 170 acquisitions totaling 90 million square feet — representing $9 billion in gross asset value and more than $4 billion of invested equity — and has been closely involved in the series' leasing decisions across 35 million square feet. Additionally, Brian oversees EQT Real Estate's internal data analytics team and is the chief architect of its proprietary DAWKINS platform ("Data Analytics Warehouse for Key Indicators and National Statistics") used to evaluate investment and leasing decisions across the firm's industrial funds worldwide. Brian has been with the firm since 2015 and is based in EQT's Radnor, PA office. He holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
