Thomas Meehan

Tom Meehan is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of US Logistics at EQT, where he oversees operations and the execution of asset strategy across the firm's US logistics portfolio. His mandate spans asset management, managed accounts, valuations, property management, and construction management. Based in EQT's Radnor, Pennsylvania office, Tom collaborates on fund strategy and disposition planning across EQT's US logistics vehicles. He joined Exeter Property Group, now EQT Real Estate, in 2018, and is a member of EQT Real Estate's US Investment Committee. Over the course of his career, Tom has overseen or directly executed real estate transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $5 billion. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago. Prior to joining EQT, he spent nearly ten years at DCT Industrial Trust as Senior Vice President and Market Leader, where he led acquisitions, development, leasing, and team management across the Northeast. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Cornerstone Real Estate Funds and Prologis.
