Joerg Kreindl

Joerg Kreindl serves as Partner and Head of Leasing and Occupier Solutions for EQT Real Estate, where he leads leasing activity across the firm's European logistics portfolio. He manages relationships with Europe's largest and most active warehouse occupiers, developing tailored property solutions to meet their needs. Based in Vienna, Joerg's work spans Europe, and he is closely involved in EQT Real Estate's continued growth across the region's logistics markets. Joerg joined EQT Real Estate in 2022 and is a member of the EQT Real Estate Investment Committee. Prior to joining EQT Real Estate, Joerg spent more than 20 years at CBRE across various European markets, specializing in the Industrial & Logistics asset class and advising occupiers including Amazon, Zalando, DHL, and Kuehne & Nagel.
