William Leung

William Leung is a Managing Director, Real Estate, Asia at EQT Real Estate, where he brings more than four decades of experience across real estate investment, development, construction, and project management. His career spans senior roles with EQT Real Estate, formerly Baring Private Equity Asia, AIA Group Real Estate Investment, AIG Global Real Estate, Cheung Kong Holdings, and other major real estate and development platforms. William has deep expertise in construction and development management, real estate strategy, project delivery, building engineering, contracts, construction law, arbitration, and mediation. He holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Greenwich, a Master in Project Management from the University of South Australia, and postgraduate qualifications in building engineering and construction law. He is also a Certified ESG Professional in Real Estate, reflecting his growing focus on environmental, social, and governance principles within the built environment.
