Vijai Raghavan

Experience

Vijai Raghavan is Head of Operations, India in the BPEA EQT team. Vijai worked for BPEA from 2014 until 2022, when the company joined forces with EQT and was renamed BPEA EQT.

Prior to joining BPEA, Vijai spent more than three years at Alvarez & Marsal India where he assisted private equity firms with due diligence and operational performance improvement at their portfolio companies.

Prior to that, Vijai worked with McKinsey & Company and with Deloitte Consulting, both in the US, assisting clients in North America, Europe and Asia in strategy and performance improvement.

Vijai holds an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
