Victor Qureshi

Victor Qureshi is a Director at EQT, where he contributes to investment and development activities for the European Living team within EQT's Real Estate division. He focuses on the French market, covering residential and student housing strategies across the Greater Paris area and broader France. Based in Paris, Victor's work is centred on France, where he sources, structures, and executes developments and investments in the living sector, contributing to EQT's expansion across European residential real estate. Victor joined EQT in February 2020 and was initially based in the firm's London office before relocating to Paris. He also works for the EQT Foundation. Victor holds an MSc from ESSEC Business School. Prior to joining EQT, he worked at AEW as a Real Estate Investment Analyst.
