Tom Addison

Tom Addison is a Partner at EQT, where he serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Fundraising organisation, overseeing Global Client Solutions and working alongside Global Wealth Solutions. He is responsible for the operational infrastructure, team capabilities, and strategic initiatives that enable EQT's fundraising teams to raise capital efficiently across institutional and private wealth channels globally. Based in Melbourne, Tom's work spans EQT's investor relationships across Asia-Pacific and key global markets, informed by a career that has taken him from London and Singapore to Hong Kong and Melbourne. Tom joined EQT in October 2011 — then operating as BPEA. He is a member of EQT's Global Operating Committee and Global Risk Committee. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and a Bachelor of Laws, both with Honours, from the University of Melbourne. Prior to joining EQT, he was a Director at UBS Investment Bank, where he worked in the Private Funds Team in London and Singapore. Before that, Tom practised as a lawyer in the Mergers & Acquisitions department at King & Wood Mallesons in Melbourne.
