Todd Carter

Todd Carter is a Managing Director at EQT, where he leads operations, acquisitions, and development across the Southeast region for EQT's Real Estate logistics platform. Working alongside Investment Leasing Officers embedded in local markets, Todd partners with senior management to develop regional strategy, drive acquisition and leasing opportunities, and cultivate tenant and broker relationships across the Southeast. Based in Atlanta, Todd's work spans North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida, reflecting EQT's focus on building a scaled logistics platform across high-growth US markets. Todd joined EQT in February 2014 and is a member of the EQT Real Estate Logistics Investment Committee. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida. He brings 30 years of industrial real estate experience, having worked at DCT Industrial, a public REIT, overseeing the Southeast region for six years prior to joining EQT; eight years as a Partner at Majestic Realty, a private developer and owner, responsible for the Atlanta portfolio; and four years at ProLogis focused on acquisition underwriting and due diligence.
