Tinna C. Nielsen

Experience

Tinna C. Nielsen joined EQT in May 2022 as Equitable Transformation Lead, Social & Human Sustainability. Prior to joining EQT, Tinna worked as an international expert and consultant in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for private, public, and non-profit organisations across all sectors and industries.

Tinna has more than 20 years of experience within DEI, where she has facilitated change management in multi-stakeholder environments and delivered strategies and innovative business models with strong commercial sense. She has worked for organisations such as PepsiCo, IBM, Arla Foods, Gates Foundation, United Nations and World Economic Forum. She also founded the award-winning global change organisation, Inclusion Nudges, and has written 5 guidebooks on how to use behavioural design to make progress in DEI. She has been named 'Trailblazing Leader of DEI You Need To Know' by Forbes. Tinna is an external lecturer in Applied Anthropology at the University of Copenhagen and a member of several advisory boards.

Tinna holds a Master's degree in M.Sc. in Business Anthropology (Cand.Scient.Anthro) from the University of Copenhagen, and has completed leadership programmes from Harvard and Oxford University.
