Tilghman Rouse

Tilghman Rouse is a Managing Director in EQT's Real Estate Division, where he leads investments and leasing across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Based at the division's corporate headquarters in Radnor, Pennsylvania, Tilghman brings a deep operational perspective to EQT's real estate strategy. Tilghman joined EQT in December 2016 and has built his career within the Real Estate Division, developing expertise in capital deployment, asset management, and leasing. Tilghman holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Business from the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester, United Kingdom. Prior to joining EQT, he worked at Finlays Corporation in Timau, Kenya, where he oversaw farm operations.
