Thomas Wang

Thomas Wang is the Partner and Global Chief Strategy Officer of EQT Real Estate, responsible for guiding and overseeing the strategic direction of the platform worldwide. He previously served as Head of the Western U.S. for the logistics vehicles and as CIO and Portfolio Manager of the Office and Life Sciences series. Mr. Wang joined Exeter Property Group, now EQT Real Estate, in 2012 to establish the firm's Western U.S. operations, building the team and presence across San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Denver, and Seattle. Prior to joining EQT Real Estate, Mr. Wang formerly served as Director of Leasing and Development at Liberty Property Trust, and a Real Estate Strategist at Gensler. Mr. Wang holds a dual B.A. in Chemistry and Philosophy from Williams College, a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
