Thomas Allman

Mr. Allman is responsible for managing and executing the master planning, entitlement, design, approvals, and construction of EQT Real Estate’s development and redevelopment projects. He is also tasked managing high profile tenant improvement and build/spec/reno to suit projects across the US, which during his tenure with EQT Real Estate have totaled nearly $1.5 Billion in total project costs. He has over 2 decades of commercial real estate experience. He obtained his LEED Accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council and successfully managed LEED projects for EQT Real Estate. Prior to his Managing Director development role, Mr. Allman started in 2008 handling asset management of 14 million sf of Industrial real estate for Exeter Property Group. From there, he was promoted to the role of Director of Construction and Development with EQT Exeter. He began his career, as a development project manager for NVR, Inc managing the construction/development of multifamily and single-family dwellings in the Delaware Valley Operations. Mr. Allman graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business, with his BS in Business and Organizational Management and a minor International Business.
