Steven Richards

Steven Richards is Managing Director, Finance within the European Real Estate team at EQT. Steven joined EQT in March 2019 and has over 25 years of experience within the real estate industry. Prior to joining EQT, Steven was Head of Finance at Nuveen Real Estate, a global real estate investment manager. At Nuveen he was responsible for all aspects of financial management including acquisitions and disposals, transaction structuring, debt financing, financial reporting and tax compliance. He was also responsible for the data management and analytics team. Steven holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management, Accounting & Financial Management from the University of Gloucestershire, the Investment Management Certificate and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
