Stephen Oesterle

Stephen Oesterle has been an Advisor to EQT since 2015.

Stephen is a venture partner at New Enterprise Associates (NEA) in the United States and also serves as a senior advisor to Temasek Holdings, Singapore. He is a Director at Baxter International and Reva Medical and is a member of the Verily Life Sciences Advisory Board. He was formerly Senior VP for Medicine and Technology at Medtronic Plc and a member of its Executive Operating Committee for 14 years.

Stephen graduated summa cum laude from Harvard and received his M.D. from Yale. He completed his residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and a post-doctoral fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Stanford and served in the faculty at Stanford and Harvard Medical Schools.
