Shelby Schott

Shelby Schott is a Director at EQT Real Estate, where she leads the quarterly fair market valuations of real property assets and projected returns primarily for the US Core and Value Funds, managing the local Valuations team. Based in EQT's Radnor office, Shelby's work is focused on the US real estate market, supporting EQT Real Estate's investment platform through rigorous asset valuation and returns analysis. Shelby joined EQT in 2025. Prior to joining EQT, Shelby spent ten years at Ernst & Young (EY) as a Senior Manager in the Transaction Real Estate group, performing valuations domestically and internationally across all major property types, while overseeing teams across the country. Prior to EY, she worked at Doyle Real Estate Advisors as an Associate. Shelby holds a Master of City Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University.
