Sébastien Morizot

Sébastien Morizot is a Managing Director at EQT Real Estate, where he leads the firm's Living strategy in France, covering purpose-built student accommodation and residential assets across origination, underwriting, transaction execution, financing, and asset management. Based in Paris, Sébastien focuses on France's structurally undersupplied living markets, where regulatory complexity and high barriers to entry create differentiated opportunities for institutional capital with deep local expertise. His work reflects EQT Real Estate's conviction in the French PBSA and residential sectors as core components of its pan-European living platform. Prior to joining EQT in 2020, Sébastien was a Vice President at Colony Capital in Paris, where he focused on pan-European real estate investments spanning residential, logistics, office, hospitality, and distressed debt. He previously held roles at Deutsche Bank and GreenOak Real Estate in London. Sébastien holds a degree from EDHEC Business School.
