Scott Guo

Scott Guo oversees industrial acquisitions and leasing across the Phoenix and Las Vegas markets. His work spans the full investment lifecycle — acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and ground-up development — across both value-add and core-plus strategies. Based in Phoenix, Scott leads EQT Real Estate's activity in two of the fastest-growing industrial markets in the US Southwest. He joined EQT in 2017 in the firm's suburban Philadelphia office and took on the Phoenix and Las Vegas markets in 2023. Scott holds a BA in History and International Relations from Boston University and both an MBA and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell University. Before joining EQT, he served as an active-duty officer in the United States Army, where he held combat leadership roles and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal.
