Sam Childerstone

Sam Childerstone is a Managing Director at EQT Real Estate, Europe. Sam's work spans the European market focusing on asset management and performance. He is closely involved in EQT's efforts to deepen relationships with institutional capital partners across the region. Sam joined EQT in October 2015 and has been based in the London office throughout his tenure. Sam holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a BA in International Development with International Relations from the University of Leeds. Prior to joining EQT, he worked at Wainbridge Ltd in the Asset Management team, focusing on a Central London portfolio of office developments and investments.
