Ryan Roberts

Ryan M. Roberts is a Portfolio Manager at EQT, where he oversees a separately managed account and serves as an asset manager on the firm's flagship value fund within the EQT Real Estate platform. He is responsible for leasing, capital improvement programs, annual operating budgets, quarterly reporting, and investor relations across a portfolio of several billion dollars of industrial properties throughout the United States. Based in Philadelphia, Ryan's work spans industrial markets across the country, and he is closely involved in EQT Real Estate's full asset lifecycle — from lease-up and repositioning through disposition. Ryan joined EQT in 2015 and has been based in the firm's Philadelphia office throughout his tenure. Ryan holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Finance from Monmouth University. Prior to joining EQT, he served as Director of Asset Management and Acquisitions at Grosvenor Fund Management in Philadelphia and as Vice President and Portfolio Manager at GIC Real Estate in New York, where he managed a $5.3 billion portfolio of direct and indirect real estate investments.
