Roos Van Voorden

Roos van Voorden is an Senior Director at EQT Real Estate, where she leads leasing and development activities across the Benelux region. She is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with tenants and the commercial brokerage community, working across both the client and investor sides of the industrial and logistics real estate market. Based in the Netherlands, Roos's work is focused on the Benelux region, where she drives leasing and development for EQT Real Estate industrial and logistics warehousing portfolio. Roos joined EQT in 2020 and brings close to a decade of real estate experience in acquisition and leasing within the industrial and logistics sector in the Netherlands. She holds a BBA in Business Administration with a focus on real estate and advisory. Prior to joining EQT, Roos worked at CBRE and Cushman and Wakefield, where she was active in leasing and acquisition for industrial and logistics real estate.
