Roman Garcia-Serrano

Roman Garcia-Serrano is a Senior Director at EQT Real Estate, where he leads investment and leasing activity across Iberia. In this role, he is responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and leasing across the Spanish and Portuguese markets, contributing to EQT's expansion of its real estate platform in Southern Europe. Based in Madrid, Roman's work spans the Iberian Peninsula, and he is closely involved in EQT Real Estate's investment and portfolio management activity. Roman joined EQT in September 2019. Prior to his current role, he held senior roles at Amazon and Savills Aguirre Newman. Roman holds a Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
