Richard Wersocki

Richard Wersocki is an Investment & Leasing Officer at EQT Real Estate, based in France, where he has lived since 2008. He brings over 15 years of French real estate experience across valuation, brokerage and investment, with a particular focus on logistics and industrial assets. He spent 11 years at JLL leading industrial & logistics valuations across France, before moving to Cushman & Wakefield as a logistics investment broker, where he transacted over €2 billion of deals over four years. He joined EQT in 2024. An English national, Richard holds a degree in French and Italian from the University of Bath and a Master's in European Real Estate from Kingston University.
