Philipp Bohrmann

Philipp Bohrmann is a Development and Construction Manager at EQT, where he leads logistics real estate development projects across Germany. His work spans the full development lifecycle — from land acquisition and permitting through specialist planning, construction, and tenancy — coordinating planners, legal counsel, and municipal authorities to bring greenfield/brownfield logistics assets from concept to completion. Based in Düsseldorf, Philipp manages development sites nationwide, reflecting EQT's commitment to building modern, sustainable logistics infrastructure across the German market. Philipp joined EQT in 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Science in Real Estate Management and Construction Project Management. Prior to joining EQT, he held development and construction roles at Goodman, a global logistics property developer, and at GSE, the general contractor that is part of the Goldbeck group — experience spanning both the advisory and delivery sides of logistics development.
