Peter Saville

Peter Saville is an Acquisition Manager at EQT Real Estate, where he leads property acquisitions for STOREX, EQT's self-storage platform in the UK. Peter is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new sites to support STOREX's expansion across the country. Based in London, Peter focuses on sourcing commercial property opportunities aligned with STOREX's growth strategy, drawing on deep sector knowledge built over more than 30 years specialising in self-storage real estate. Peter joined EQT in 2023. Prior to joining, he worked as an independent consultant advising leading self-storage operators including Access Self Storage, Safestore, and Shurgard on property acquisitions and site selection across the UK. Peter holds a degree in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University and is a Chartered Surveyor
