Paul Rubincam is a Partner and the European Head of Real Estate. Paul joined Exeter Property Group, now EQT Exeter, in 2014.

Prior to joining EQT Exeter, Paul was the Managing Principal and President for Europe for Exeter Property Group leading the platform formation and investment activities for the specialist, logistics Developer and Investment Fund Manager in Europe. Previously Paul was a Senior Director at Liberty Property Trust helping to lead the firm's Logistics, Office, Life Science and Residential real estate expansion in the US and Europe.

Paul holds a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
