Paul Collin

Paul Collin is a Director of Transaction Support at EQT Real Estate, based in Luxembourg. Since joining EQT in 2018, he has worked across the firm's pan-European real estate fund platform, supporting deal execution and the corporate and administrative infrastructure behind it. His remit spans transaction execution and closing coordination, fund administration and corporate governance, banking and KYC onboarding, tax compliance, and legal documentation across multiple European jurisdictions. Working closely with deal teams, fund administrators, banks, tax advisors, and external counsel, Paul helps carry transactions from signing through to completion. He is fluent in English, German, French, and Luxembourgish.
