Patrick Smallcombe

Patrick Smallcombe has been an Advisor to EQT since 2016.

Between 2018-2021 Patrick held the position of Company Group Chairperson of Johnson & Johnson in EMEA and sat on the consumer global leadership team. Previously he was responsible for Johnson & Johnson's total South East Asia footprint and covered Janssen, Medical Device and Consumer Business. Patrick has also held other roles in Johnson & Johnson Asia Pacific, EMEA and North America since joining Johnson & Johnson in 2006. He also has prior experience as Managing Director of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare and Vice President, Research & Development Europe.

Patrick is a graduate of the Royal Society of Chemistry (University of South Wales) and holds a Master in Business Administration (Southampton University).

Patrick advises a number of other enterprises including Phytopharma and Supply chain software Artificial Intelligence and machine learning.
